1. B.Tech.- CSE/ME/CE (4Yrs.) i)10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/Council,
ii) with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology or any other technical vocational subject as optional, and
iii)having minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade taking Physics, Mathematics and any one of the above optional subjects together (5% relaxation to SC/ST/OBC-Non Creamy Layer)
Candidates have to obtain a valid score in JEE/CEE or R-JEE (Royal Joint Entrance Examinations) followed by Personal Interview.
2. B.Tech.- CSE/ME/CE(3Yrs.) Lateral Entry 3-Year Diploma in related field (as per AICTE guidelines) recognized by Central/State Government /AICTE with minimum 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade (5% relaxation to SC/ST/OBC – Non Creamy Layer)

An entrance test conducted by Royal Global University followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Candidates with a valid score of CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/ CMAT or any other all India entrance test with 75 percentile will be exempted from appearing in the entrance test conducted by the University.
8. MBA – (2 Yrs.) Agri Business/ Banking & Finance/ Entrepreneurship/ Family Business/ International Business/ Marketing & Sales/ Media Management/ PR & Event Management/ Retail Management/ Real Estate / Construction Project Management/ Insurance & Banking/ Hospital Administration/ Hospitality Management/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management -(2Yrs.) Duly filled in application form is to be submitted to the office of the university along with the following:

  • 4nos of passport size photographs (size 3.5 cm x 4.5cm).
  • Marksheetsfrom Class X onward (as applicable).
  • Photocopy of Age Proof.
  • Photocopy of Admit card/ Score card of qualifying exam.
  • Valid personal e-mail ID and contact number in the application form.
  • Application fee of Rs. 1000/- by Demand Draft.

Duly filled in Application Form together with no. of photograph & a DD of Rs. 1000/- in favor of “The Assam Royal Global University”, payable at Guwahati (in case of downloaded form) should be submitted to the campus.


  • An application will normally be processed within 5(five) days of this being received by the University
  • Every qualifying candidate will be informed about the date, time and venue of Admission Process (written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview, as required).
  • If an applicant decides/chooses to apply for more than two courses, then he/she needs to apply through separate application forms and go through same submission and selection process as mentioned above
  • An applicant can appear for selection process of one program on a particular date.
  • A Provisional Admission Offer Letter having details of payment of fee will be sent to all selected candidates.
  • The Provisional AdmissionOffer letter is valid for current academic session and for selected program only.
  • In case,the Academic committee recommends a candidate for a different course or program other than the course opted by the candidate, a mail will be sent to the candidate in his/her mail id seeking his/her consent for the same. After receiving the consent, the selection letter will be sent to the candidate.
  • The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions,for example, failure to pay the fee or reporting for the classes etc., are not fulfilled within stipulated time.

Selected candidates can give request for change of program after selection as follows :

  • The request should be made to the admission office before the last date of payment of the fee as notified in the admission letter.
  • Minimum eligibility criteria for the requested program should be met.
  • Request will be considered and approved, subject to the consent of the admission committee
  • A processing fee of Rs. 1000/- will have to be paid with the fees if transfer request is approved
