National Leadership Conclave 2025 from 11th September at Royal Global University

RGU organises Leadership Conclave 2025 on Ethics and the Evolving Workforce

GUWAHATI, September 2, 2025: The Assam Royal Global University (RGU) is set to organize the Leadership Conclave 2025 on September 11 and 12, under the theme “Ethics and the Evolving Workforce.” The event will serve as a dynamic platform where senior industry leaders, thinkers, and professionals from across India will converge to deliberate on the most pressing questions shaping the future of work.

The conclave will explore critical issues such as the rebranding of hustle culture, startup accountability, women’s representation in CXO roles, redefining HR in the age of algorithms, and preparing Gen Z for ethical complexities in professional spaces.

Speaking about the initiative, Ms. Bristy Srivastava, Head of the Royal Centre for Corporate Relations (RCCR), RGU and Convenor of the Leadership Conclave, said, “The conclave aims to spark a revolutionary dialogue on how ethics is not just an afterthought, but a driving force in creating inclusive, accountable, and resilient organizations.”

She further added that the event will feature stalwarts and luminaries representing leading institutions and companies such as Amazon, Kotak Mutual Fund, NTT Data, TopCem, Jettwings, and many more. With the participation of over 200 senior professionals, RGU envisions positioning the Northeast as a hub for vibrant, thought-provoking intellectual exchange.
