Prof (Dr.) Bhuban Ch, Barooah, is a product of Gauhati University. He is LLM with the specialization of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law and Ph.D on the topic of “Human Rights, Terrorism and Rule of Law in Assam” under Gauhatii University.
Prof Barooah was an advocate of Gauhati High Court for more than 10 years and had been Lecturer of University Law College, Gauhati University. He was Principal of Tezpur Law College for more than 10 years, Principal of Jorhat Law College and previously Principal of NEF Law College, Guwahati.
