Redressal Committee (SGRC)

Welcome to the official Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) of The Assam Royal Global University. The SGRC functions under the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Regulations, 2023, and is committed to addressing genuine grievances of students effectively and confidentially.

What is SGRC?

The SGRC is a dedicated body that ensures students' concerns related to academics, campus life, administration, student services are heard and resolved promptly. It acts as a bridge between students and university departments.


What Issues Can Be Reported?

Students can approach SGRC for grievances related to:

  1. Admissions
  2. Hostel Facilities
  3. Examinations
  4. Ragging
  5. Fees and Accounts
  6. Proctorial Matters
  7. Student Welfare & Conduct
  8. Internal Complaints (ICC - Gender Sensitization & Harassment)
  9. Academic Issues
  10. Any service-related concern
